Shipping, Delivery & Order Fulfilment Policy

Humble Skin Health offers structured fulfilment so your professional skincare is packed and delivered with care. Please read the information below before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch, delivery, or collection.
  • I’ll notify you when your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect.

Click & Collect (Free)

  • Available for all orders.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

  • Collection is available during clinic hours.

Free Scheduled Local Delivery (Within 3 km of Tarragindi)

Free local delivery is available when all of the following apply:

  • Order total is $300 or more in a single transaction (after discounts, before shipping)

  • Delivery address is within 3 km of Humble Skin Health, Tarragindi

  • Delivery is via in-person hand delivery or contactless drop-off

Delivery day & window: Wednesdays only, 10:00am–5:00pm

Cut-off: Orders placed after Tuesday 5:00pm will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Eligible postcodes: 4121, 4120, 4103, 4105, 4122, 4111, 4107 (postcode eligibility is approximate and based on the 3 km radius).

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Applies when your order is under $300 or outside the local delivery radius.

  • Flat-rate standard shipping capped at $12

  • Sent via Australia Post Standard (tracking where available)

  • Standard orders are dispatched on Wednesdays (after processing)

Express Shipping (Australia-Wide)

  • Available to all Australian addresses

  • Cost is calculated at checkout using Australia Post Express rates (approximately $20, varies by parcel size and destination)

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (subject to stock availability)

  • Dispatch occurs on business days and is not restricted to Wednesday

  • Express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch; same-day packing isn’t guaranteed

  • If you choose Express Shipping, it overrides free local delivery (even if your order qualifies)

Stock Availability & Changes

  • If an item is unavailable, I’ll contact you before fulfilment to discuss options (wait, substitute, or cancel).

  • If you need to change your address or delivery details after ordering, contact me as soon as possible—changes depend on stock status and fulfilment schedules.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
