If you’re new and unsure, I keep the entry points simple:
1) Skin Consultation (best for corrective goals)
If you want to work on pigmentation, acne management, scarring, age management, or you’re considering advanced treatments, start with a Skin Consultation. It’s structured, professional, and designed to create your treatment pathway and home-care plan.
2) Skin Assessment Facial (best for guidance first)
If your skin is sensitive/reactive, you’re not ready to commit yet, or you want a gentle starting point, the Skin Assessment Facial is a consultation-led facial that supports calm and clarity without jumping straight into corrective work.
3) Signature Skin Journeys (for personalised facial care)
If you’re ready for a customised facial experience that still prioritises results, explore my Signature Skin Journeys. This is where we build skin health with tailored exfoliation, prescriptive serums, masks, and a plan you can realistically follow.
What a session with me includes
Every appointment includes:

Booking, deposits, and policies (clear and firm)
To keep appointment times protected and fair for everyone:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit (50% fee).
- Rescheduling rolls your deposit over only with 48+ hours’ notice.

Gift vouchers and payments
If you’re purchasing for someone else, gift vouchers are available and can be used for services or products. Vouchers are valid for 12 months, must be redeemed in one booking, are non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Beauty services (kept simple and secondary)
I also offer beauty services as a support to your overall maintenance, including women’s waxing and brow/lash services.
